What to Expect at a Group Class
Each 60 minute class is created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and taught by a Certified StrongerLife Coach.
Your Safety is Our Top Concern
Your Coach explains and demonstrates what you will do that day in class. The Coach fields any questions from members and ensures everyone is ready.
Introduction
Loosen Up
We prep the brain and body for the fun that’s ahead. This involves getting our heart rate up, loosening up our joints, and ensuring each member is ready for the workout.
Workout
Our classes target strength, balance, coordination, endurance, mobility, and more! Each member goes at their own pace under the supervision of the Coach.
Relax & Reflect
We dedicate time to stretch, relax, and reflect on the day's hard work. We uplift and celebrate each other, recognizing another day of investing in our health and future!
