About the Program
A Tailored Program = A Safe Program
Each client’s program is individually tailored and calculated for your current level. This ensures the programs effectiveness but also its safety. You will never do an exercise that you can’t handle.
Strength, Impact, Balance
The effectiveness of our program comes from our blend of the 3 most important variables to help your bones get stronger and prevent bone-related injuries. Getting strong, exposing your body to different impact forces, and maximizing your balance will get you results!
Professional Guidance
The Stronger Bones program is created by Physical Therapists that specialize in active aging. Each session is led by a StrongerLife Certified Coach that has been trained to help you build your bone strength as effectively and safely as possible.

Sessions are sold in packs of 4 and you're able to schedule them as desired. We recommend 1 session per week in addition to regular StrongerLife classes. If you're not attending StrongerLife classes, then 2x/week is recommended.

There is no set duration for the program as you buy 4 sessions at a time and can discontinue when you'd like. However, we recommend at least 6 months if you're looking to see any changes in bone density.

Yes! We use different exercises and equipment in this program that we don't use in class as they're more appropriate to do in a 1-on-1 setting.

Yes! This program can be done virtually as well for the same price.
